Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from the OFUTON KOBO international online store. Product availability, price, currency, delivery charges, taxes, and the final total are those displayed for the selected market at checkout.

A binding order is formed only when we accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, payment, address, compliance, shipping availability, or obvious pricing-error reasons and will refund any amount collected for a cancelled order.

By placing an order, you confirm the selected product, size, delivery address, contact information, and responsibility for import duties or local charges shown as not included. Product prices include standard international shipping where stated.

Product photographs and dimensions are prepared carefully, but natural materials, quilting, and screen settings may produce minor variations. Product information is not medical advice or a promise of a particular sleep outcome.

Checkout and payment are processed through Shopify and the supported payment services shown at checkout. Carriers, customs services, and other service providers may apply their own terms.

Website text, images, videos, product information, brand names, trademarks, layouts, and other materials are protected by intellectual-property law and belong to OFUTON KOBO or its licensors. Unauthorized scraping, bulk downloading, copying, resale, database creation, model training, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, that law applies to the extent of the conflict.
