Datenschutzerklärung

We process contact, order, payment, delivery, and technical information needed to operate the store, fulfil orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Visit and advertising attribution. Unless you choose Decline in the privacy choices on www.ofutonkobo.com, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we add attribution details to your cart when you arrive from our website, an advertisement, or a campaign link: a random visit identifier; campaign parameters in the address (such as UTM values, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, gad_source, oppref, ofk_mt, and ofk_ag); the entry page, last page, and number of pages viewed on www.ofutonkobo.com; approximate active reading time and scroll depth; and market, language, and privacy-choice status. These details become part of the order record so that an order can be linked to the advertisement or page that led to it. They are used only to measure which advertising and content help customers, are not sold, and are kept with the order record for the periods described below. Our website keeps its own visit-event log without IP addresses for up to 400 days. Choosing Decline stops this for future visits.

Payment-card details are handled by the payment providers shown at checkout. We share only necessary information with Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfilment and IT providers, professional advisers, and competent authorities.

Because this is a cross-border store, information may be processed in Japan and other countries where our service providers operate. We use protections required by applicable data-protection law.

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including accounting, tax, warranty, dispute, and legal-retention periods.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Contact info@ofutonkobo.com.

Google Customer Reviews

After you place an order, you may be invited to take part in Google Customer Reviews. Taking part is optional. If you choose to opt in, Google may email you a short survey about your purchase after the estimated delivery date. To make this possible, your order number, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date are shared with Google. Google's use of this information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
