Contact
Contact OFUTON KOBO
Contact the OFUTON KOBO official international store team in Japan for help with sizing, materials, care, order status, delivery, returns, or any other questions about our shikibuton.
Please include your order number if you are writing about an existing order. We reply in English within one to two business days, Monday to Friday, Japan Standard Time.
Before you order
If you are unsure which model or size to choose, or whether we ship to your country, email us before placing an order — we would rather help you choose well than handle an avoidable return later.
